Cornerstone MSO Alliance was born out of a simple but powerful idea coupled with the right strategic partnership & opportunity: healthcare founders deserve more than burnout, broken systems, and low-ball buyouts. After years of seeing practice owners and healthcare founders pour their lives into their businesses—only to face limited exit options—we set out to change that.

The executive team at Cornerstone  holds firsthand experience in creating strategic partnerships, scaling healthcare businesses and navigating complex exits. We've recognized a major gap in healthcare: most private practice owners and healthcare founders lacked the infrastructure, support, and access needed to reach a meaningful exit. So, we built a platform designed to fix that.

What started as a mission to support a few practices in Texas and quickly evolved into a national movement through our Strategic Partnership with ProactiveMD. Today, Cornerstone MSO Alliance is a growing alliance network of independent providers and healthcare support companies aligned under one clear vision: to prepare for a coordinated, high-value exit with institutional buyers already at the table and more importantly to change the broken healthcare system for patients across the country.
